Addendum to Blog Issue

Y’all, I’m frustrated. When I’m frustrated I tend to do impulsive things.

The cause of my frustration: the theme developer or the page developer or the developer company who designed the current system I use on my website.

For six months I’ve been asking for an answer about a different commenting question. Every time someone comments, it sends me two copies of that comment via email. I don’t have the comments set up to do that, but it does it. The company can’t tell me why.

On this issue they’re telling me that it’s not their problem, either – which may or may not be the case.

If I don’t get it fixed today I’ll change themes and build my website back from scratch. I’ve done it before, I can do it again. Stay tuned. 🙂

    • I’m a little worried about myself, Nancy. I’m not as annoyed as I should be about the idiots who couldn’t fix the problem. I’m not. I’m just chalking up the money I spent for their system as “education” and getting on with my life. Maybe that’s the beginning of wisdom, who knows?

  2. I think I fixed the problem with the emails and the comments. However, I’m having to re-design the front page and adapt other things.

    Not to worry. It will keep me off the streets and out of the pool halls. At least for a while. 🙂

  3. Okay, it’s official. They can’t figure it out. Or, they might be able to figure it out but I don’t want to wait months. So, today I will be redesigning the front page of my website.

    Sorry for not noticing this issue sooner, y’all. I will get it fixed today.
